19 Things I've Learned in 19 Years
December is here and it feels amazing to be completing my first semester of college! But it is also special for me because it is my birthday (17th!!!) month, so to reflect on this occasion, here is a post about learning (yes, again!)
1. If you have free time, Face Time your family!
2. It is okay to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them
3. Hard work pays off
4. The best accessory is a smile
5. Simple gestures of gratitude go a long way
6. When you get a chance, hold a baby!
7. Friends are amazing, I love mine with all my heart.
8. You are responsible for your own happiness
9. Always have chocolate nearby
10. Genuine connections are truly blessings
11. Understand others and they will understand you
12. An attitude of gratitude brings more opportunities
13. It's important to realize how your words and actions impact others
14. Staying true to your values is a strength of character
